Soooo yeah, this will probably never get finished lol. I started this drawing around a year ago and for some odd reason never finished it. I am quite fond of it though :3
Originally, it was the character Natsuki Venefsukja from the DS game Lux Pain. But I realized what a crap game that was and decided that I will just make her a normal lolita lol XD
oh and my scanner AND my camera decided to hate me simultaneously, so THAT is why the lighting in this pic is UTTER CRAP >8C
